1. Q: Can I pay my Singer Hire Purchase Bill Online? 

A: This service is available for customers who use BOSVG and FCIB/CIBC Online Banking Services. Here's how.

How to pay your Singer Account Using you BOSVG and FCIB Online Banking.

OPTION A

  1. Let us know you want to be registered to pay your account via your online banking.
  2. We can let the bank know on your behalf. We’ll need:
    1. Your Full name
    2. Copy of ID
    3. BOSVG Bank Account Number
    4. Contact Number
    5. Address
    6. Singer Account Number
  3. What will happen? – After we send the information to the bank(s), they will contact you to verify. Once you do, Singer will appear as a payee on your Online Banking Services. You can then select Singer and make payment. We will update your account with the payments the next business day.

OR OPTION B

  1. Visit the Bank’s Customer Service and let them know you want to add SINGER to the list of bills you want to pay using your Online Banking Services.
  2. Provide them with your SINGER Account/Contract number.
  3. What will happen? - Singer will appear as a payee on your Online Banking Services. You can then select Singer and make payment. We will update your account with the payments the next business day.

FCIB

  1. Log on to your FCIB Online Banking and register SINGER as a bill payment merchant. Make payments and we will update your account with the payments on the next business day. 
  2. If you’re not already a user – contact the bank so that you can become one and they will assist with the setup.

3. Q: What size transformer should I get?
A: Our transformers are Volts x Amps. If you cannot calculate the VA of the item look for its wattage. On the label of the item you wish to use a transformer with there is a label that tells you the wattage of that item. 

Using a transformer with a smaller VA capacity than that required by the load will cause the transformer to overheat and eventually burn out.

You can always use a transformer with a larger VA rating than the load requires.

 

 

4. Q: Do I need a transformer for your appliances?
A: Most of our items are 220V which are made for direct plug-in in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and not suitable for islands and countries with 110V current. 

 

5. Q: How would I qualify for Hire Purchase? What do I need?
A: If you're interested in purchasing an item through Hire Purchase you'll need a few items; your Vincentian ID, Proof of income or employment, proof of address and the down payment and Our customer service agents will conduct a credit check with you present in store. It's that simple!

 

6. Q: Do you sell refurbished items?
